How did you come up with your name and number?
I like to bake and I’m from California!
When did you start playing or getting involved in roller derby? How/why did you decide to start?
I wanted to start playing derby as a high schooler when I first saw Whip It! but my parents wouldn’t let me because I was not athletically inclined. When I turned 18 my sister came home from the military and pushed me to join a league in the valley with her.
Do you have any short term or long term derby goals??
My long term derby goal is to share the track with my older sister again either as a teammate or a competitor.
Favorite derby memory?
I once had a new skater tell me that she decided to join our team because she saw our bout pictures on FB and I looked like I was having so much fun in all of them ðŸ˜
Do you have any specific pre-bout rituals or prepping you do?
My pre bout ritual is to panic mostly about literally everything.
What do you like to do after a game?
EAT
What is some advice you’d give to someone who may be interested in joining roller derby?
Just do it dude! We hit hard but we don’t bite, that would definitely be a penalty.
